Policies
Permanent Makeup Services will not be performed on clients who...
- are under the age of 18
​
- are pregnant or nursing
​
- have autoimmune diseases
​
- have had a history of MRSA
​
- have diabetes
​
- have Hepatitis A, B, C, or D
​
- are prone to easy bleeding/ hemophilia
​
- are taking blood thinners, such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Alcohol, Coumadin, etc.
​
- have cancer or are getting chemotherapy/ radiation treatment (exceptions can be made in this case with the treating doctor's approval)
​
- commonly react allergic to make up and pigmentation.
- have glaucoma
- are prone to kyloids, eczema, or psoriasis in treatment area
- have a Pacemaker or major heart problems
- have received Botox or filler treatments in the past month
- have used Accutane in the past year.

Preparation Procedures to follow before your Permanent Makeup Appointment
- do not consume caffeine, alcohol, or energizing drinks 24 hours before your procedure
​
- do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before treatment
​
- do not take omega 3 (fish oil) one week before treatment
​
- do not tan or have intense sun exposure 3 days before treatment
​
- no waxing up to 3 days before treatment
​
- no chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser, or any other intense treatments four weeks before treatment
​
- we recommend that you wash your hair before your appointment, as you may need to take extra care after not to get your brows wet for several days
​
- if client has any prior history of Cold Sores, it is recommended to request an antiviral prescription from your primary care physician prior to Lip Pigmentation (this is not necessary for clients with no history of Cold Sores)
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Studio Policies
- All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE

- Any cancellations or rescheduling requests that are done less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the procedure cost. Please understand that we reserve time slots exclusively for our clients and are not able to fill those slots when we receive last minute cancellations/ rescheduling requests,
​
- Same day cancellations or no-shows will get charged 80% of the procedure cost.
​
- Rescheduling for Touch-Up appointments also have to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise you forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be necessary to book a new time slot,
​
- Rescheduling can be done only once without losing your deposit.
​
- If client shows up more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, a rescheduling will be necessary with a new deposit. Please understand that we are a studio that is open by appointment only and we make it a point to schedule our clients so we have enough time to complete our work without rushing before our next appointment.
​
- Due to sanitation and space constraints, please refrain from bringing other people or pets with you to your appointment.
​
- If you have had permanent makeup work done previously by another artist, please send us photos of your brows/ lips (depending on which procedure you are planning to book) so we can evaluate whether we can take you on as a client or not.
